“Koalas eat gum leaves that contain a lot of eucalyptus oil which is very flammable. They also have thick fur coats, a mixture of air and fur that is also very flammable. In fierce bush fires if the flames are intense enough they can incinerate a koala and it will explode showering the surrounding area with bits of koala.”
